HOW DOES IT WORK?
Type n Walk displays a transparent viewport of what's directly in front of you. This combined with your peripheral vision is just enough visual information to help you avoid obstacles -- like walking face-first into a tree!
Despite the name, Type n Walk is useful while you're sitting or standing too. Use it anytime you would like to keep an eye on your surroundings while you type.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT?
Type n Walk was designed to work WITH YOUR favorite apps -- NOT try to REPLACE them. Use it to compose your email, text message, status update, or tweet and paste it into your preferred application (or the web browser) to send.
SOME EXAMPLES OF USE:
TWEET --> paste into your favorite Twitter app (or mobile website) and send.
FACEBOOK STATUS UPDATE --> paste into the Facebook app (or mobile website) and send.
TEXTING (SMS) --> paste into the native messaging app and send.
EMAIL --> paste into the native email app (or web mail) and send.
In fact, Type n Walk was designed to work with ANY app that accepts copy and paste and ANY website that works correctly in the native mobile web browser.
HOW DO YOU USE IT?
Simple. Just open up Type n Walk and begin typing. When you're ready to send your message:
STEP 1: Open up the 'Actions Menu' (found on the upper right hand corner of the screen).
STEP 2: Select the 'Copy Message' button to copy the entire message.
STEP 3: Close Type n Walk and launch the target application, paste in your message and send.
That's it! It's that easy.

Come altre applicazioni simili infatti, viene utilizzata la fotocamera come sfondo e quindi potremo guardare la strada senza distogliere lo sguardo dal display del nostro iPhone. L’applicazione è molto semplice perchè consiste soltanto in una sezione in cui potremo scrivere. Successivamente basterà copiare il testo ed incollarlo nell’applicazione che vogliamo, compresi Facebook o Twitter.

I can't find the icon on my phone. When I do the spotlight search I find it but it's not on any of my screens. Maybe I have the max amount of screens. Idk. Haven't used it walking around yet but it seems cool.

Smart for city walking/texting, but adding landscape would make this app really worth it... Yeah, I can type in landscape without obsuring the lens.

This app is dumb for a few reasons. First, you're just wandering with your phone pointed like you're taking video. See the icon for this app where the little guy is so satisfied in his texting, looking at an angle toward the ground? Well that little guy wouldn't be able to navigate at that angle. You type text, and your background is the pic viewed by the camera. When you're done, you have to stop what you're doing, copy the message, and paste it in your chat or whatever. So basically...
1. Launch application
2. Type while you're ALREADY looking in the area you see in your background picture... (it takes .0001 of a second to focus your eyes beyond your phone and see the pic on your phone)
3. Copy
4. Exit application
5. Launch new application (SMS or whatever)
6. Paste message and send.
7. Exit that app and relaunch this magical eyes on your head app.
Repeat for EVERY sentance or message.
------> I want my dollar back. You can have your app back.... It's ok. :/
