Freeverse soll nach seinen Aussagen unabhängig unter eigenem Firmenlogo weiterarbeiten; das Vergütungssystem ihrer iPhone-Anwendungen verändert sich. At first I looked at the game and wasn't sure how fun it could b. It looked ok. I was like what the heck it's only .99 I'll buy it. I'm SO glad I did. This game is awesome! It's so fun I'm surprised it's .99! I like how u can make ur own tracks. The controls r easy. U just have to know when to let off the gas. Buy this!!!!

Not much I can add to all the other reviews. I cannot believe all the snivelers that will whine because "it's too hard" or "its too easy" , adjust the difficulty, set settings for scale speed/grip etc.....
If it still doesn't suit your gameplay style or speed; get over it! This game offers more customization of gameplay than anything the platform has been graced with yet.

AI never falls off and always finished in the exact same order. IF YOU FALL OFF YOU WILL LIKELY LOSE!! A couple of simple tweaks will make this game great. Pls fix

Don't think of the title of decieving. This game is great! It's on $0.99 which is very fair so I thank you developers. Gameplay is quite nice, controls are easy, and the track builder is one of a kind. I gave it 4 stars however because racing over and over on some of the same tracks can be boring after a while. But then again, 5 stars would be too much. (Aka, bad review cause they think its OMFG AMAZING! like some people on the app store... :P)

Create your tracks is super easy. You could easily replicate just about any real world oval or road corse in minutes. Night racing with headlights and tail lights looks sweet. Requires letting off the gas on turns very similar to real slot tracks. Nice over all car selection,open wheels and NASCAR options. Worth $5 at least.

First I want to say that this is my favorite of all the racing games! I also have some sugestions
1. It would make this game even greater would be that when someone makes a track that when there finished they get a code for that track and then they can share that code with others and people can type that code in on their game and that track shows up.
2. Please more cars to win ( maybe make more cars like mclaren f1 or Porsche gemballa mirage gt)
These would make this game at least 6 stars

I've been watching this game for a week or so and was psyched when it finally got listed in the store. At 99 cents it's a steal, plain and simple. That will still remain true when the price goes up a few bucks. The track editor is impressive, the polish is polished, and the gameplay is as simple as it is addictive. Apps like this is why I got the iPod Touch in the first place. Freeverse: keep up the good work.

Extremely addicting. There is a lot of material in the championship mode so u can't put the game down till ur finished. A couple kinks need to be worked out but other than that it's fantastic

This is a great game, however it would be nice if in the edit mode there was an undo button and it was a bit easier to go back and edit portions that you have already created. Otherwise i think it is one of the best iPhone games out there.

I like this game, def worth .99.. Def bargain but my complaint is the camera views.
Moving - you can't see the upcoming turns. It's difficult to gain the lead when you can't brake and accelerate effectively.
Trailing- the view I would want to use but you're too close to the car, again you can't really see the turn coming. Option to zoom out is a must.
Fixed - is what I use but then it's kinda far from the track. Best view, and in my opinion.. The only view thatveeally works.
The sound is great, the graffics are great. The game is great especially for the price. Editor and trophies I haven't exploredbyet but I bet they're good a well.
Get this game, but just know that the camera views need tooling and you have to dowload, uninstall then reinstall to get it to work. And yes, thats after doing a hard reset. Went to the link after and saw what I needed to do.

This is one COOL game, and the price is OUTSTANDING! The degree of user customization, including the ability to build your own tracks, is just phenomenal. To expand on this, Freeverse, Inc. should open a "garage" online and install a web method to upload/download customer-built tracks...in version 2! For now, I'm hooked.

It's polished and well done, also unique. It would appeal to non racing fans as well because it has a lot of timing elements involved instead of steering. I like it, I'm sure most people wouldn't complain. It is very fast paced-which requires smooth graphics an controls, also easy to learn game play. Freeverse has it right again. Search for their other games, too, as most are good bets.

If you’re remotely interested in slots racing or grew up with a toy set back in the ‘80s, you will love Slotz Racer. The game offers a great combination of depth, gameplay and fun and in my opinion provides the most customizable options in this genre. The controls are simple enough…you have one accelerator button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen that you use to control the speed of your racer. The gameplay itself demands strategy and a soft touch in how you handle the many race courses and whether you can keep your racer on the track. The game itself has a good feel to it and is very responsive and one of the strengths of Slotz Racer is the customization. A track editor is included where you can create your own tracks, camera angles options which allow you to alter your view of the race, and even the a nighttime driving option which adds a different dimension. I can tell the devs really put in a lot of time thinking through the details, and you won’t be disappointed. For the genre, it’s well worth the 99 cents or $2.99, but really worth more than that.

This game is a lot of fun and really nailed the atmosphere of slot car racing. The multiple camera angles are great, the graphics are great, the responsiveness is great. I am surprised at how low the price is - this is a lot more polished and fun than games that are twice as much (or more). Looking forward to the future of this franchise (and it should have a future), and will be playing with the track editor a lot more as well.

...it's TOO hard!!!!! I love the graphics and gameplay of it, a long with a bundle of options and an amazing track maker. So please make an update...I can't even get past the 3rd championship (and there's gotta be at least 25 if them). I'm sure I'm not the only one with this concern.

The review title sums it up pretty well. Lots of racing fun for up to 4 people (can anyone tell me if any other racing game supports multiplayer without wi-fi!?), although the cars get small in the multiplayer mode. No choice on car size but ultimately it works for me or should I say "us". I have only begun the "championship" mode but so far can find no falts.Haven't spent much time with it but track editing is a huge bonus too . One observation- don't rely too much on the guardrail if you are on the outside lane, you can "lean" too much on it and go flying through ;) . One suggestion to the developers- the sound of the electric motors is off a bit. Perhaps a higher pitched whine from my experience would be better. Overall this is a great game and I thank the Freeverse/Strangeflavour group for creating it.
