It's easy to send a postcard:
1) Select a picture on your device or use the iPhone camera to take one.
2) Enter the recipient's address or select it from your Contacts.
3) Enter your message.
4) Tap "Send Postcard".
Features:
Postcard Star comes with a Free credit when it is downloaded. It costs one credit to send a postcard within the United States and two credits everywhere else. Credits are just $1.00 each and you can buy one at a time. There is no need to buy extra credits and store them.
Your postcard will be printed on heavy card-stock 6 inches x 4.25 inches with a thin white border around the image. The photograph will look as good as it does on your iPhone or iTouch.
You can create postcards anywhere even while out of network then save them on your iPhone or iTouch to send when you are back on the network.
You can send postcards to virtually any address in the world.
Postcard Star maintains a history of your postcards and enables you to sort your postcards by date created, recipient name, card name and whether or not they have been sent.
Postcard Star comes preloaded with a few commonly used "Quick Text" phrases that you can insert into your postcard messages without typing such as "Wish you were here". Each user is able to create and store their own set of "Quick Text" phrases.
Credit card transactions are processed and verified by PayPal in real time. You are able to purchase credits from within the App-there is no need to close the Postcard Star App and launch a browser. Data is encrypted while it is transferred between the App and our servers.
Your postcard's message can include 14 rows of 24 characters per row. We print with 13pt Gothic font.
You never have to exit the Postcard Star App to create and send your postcards or to purchase additional credits.
Postcard Star postcards are versatile. Your postcards will make unique keepsakes as well as compelling direct mail pieces.
You can create a postcard with a photograph found on your computer by transferring the image to your device using the iTunes Sync function (this method will be used by iTouch users).
