a. Review the quick reference checklist on the inside cover.
b. Guidelines for successful evasion include¾-
(1) Keeping a positive attitude.
(2) Using established procedures.
(3) Following your evasion plan of action.
(4) Being patient.
(5) Drinking water (DO NOT eat food without water).
(6) Conserving strength for critical periods.
(7) Resting and sleeping as much as possible.
(8) Staying out of sight.
c. The following odors stand out and may give an evader away:
(1) Scented soaps and shampoos.
(2) Shaving cream, after-shave lotion, or other cosmetics.
(3) Insect repellent (camouflage stick is least scented).

This is the basic info from the Army survival manual. Great stuff, but their presentation is crude and makes it hard to navigate. There are other survival apps out there that have better info and presentation.

Educational material, what's the source, what army, what time frame? This info won't take from authors of app, they did a very good job, but will help with analysis of data.
Good comments on graphics. Charge 99 cents if you need to, to improve the app, you have a good start so far.

This is a great product but he thing that could make it a 5 star product would be the ability to read the charts and figures. They are to small and even in landscape mode you can't read them. Besides that great!

While the information itself is useful, the lack of a search engine kills the app's usefulness. Aside from the functional, there are some layout issues, a lacking of chapter titles, and the presence of biased opinion (in Appendix A, the author implies that "God" is the proper source of attaining the will to live... suggests how to form a relationship with "God").

Great info. BUT.....
extremely difficult to figure out where specific information is.
For example, the TOC just lists "chapter I", "chapter II" and so on instead of stating the subject of that chapter. Then once you open a chapter there is no general heading to tell you what it's about either. You have to just scroll down to get an idea and even then any sub-headings are not clearly defined.
Wish it was more cleary organized because it contains some fascinating information.
