The main thing I love about this app is how you can "smear" the colors. You can seriously make the coolest looking stuff, I use my artwork as my backgrounds!!!

This free app is a lot of fun. It allows you to collaboratively draw a picture and add messages. The picture is kept on the hosting iPhone/iPod, but both have to agree before anything gets erased. My daughter likes to screen capture the images before erasing, and they all end up in her iPod film roll. There are several fun backgrounds, ability to change chalk colors and thicknesses, an eraser tool and a smearing tool. The stamps section has fun sound effects. The change made by one person shows up immediately on the other person's screen. There is even a tic tac toe background that is kind of fun. This is a great app! The only major improvement I can think of would be if you could invite someone that was not currently running their copy of the Doodle Buddy app to get them to turn on their app. Minor suggestions include if you could get three people to collaborate and additional backgrounds such as hangman.

Zpzohgf, do you think youre scaring the developers with your idiotic childish threats? Maybe if your dad was a competent lawyer he would bother to read the terms of service, stating that you are resonsible for what you purchase. I'm sure the developers are laughing as they read your threat...what are you, 12? Keep daddies @@@@ in your mouth, it'll stop you from saying anything stupid and laughably pathetic. Need to be able 2 play against other people. But i think you should buy bc its a free chalk talk.

I haven't used the chat feature, but this drawing tool is really something. I feel like I'm using charcoals with the help of that smudge tool.

Yes, you can doodle with someone else on this app that isn't in your wifi network. Yeah, it isn't an easy way or good way, but it is possible and I did it many times last night. (that's what she said) First, you enter an email address in to the invitation and send it. STAY ON THE APP. DO NOT PRESS THE HOME BUTTON AS IT WILL NOT WORK. Wait for your friend to get the email and click on the link in the message. This is the only way to get your friend to doodle with you, your friend MUST click on the link. It will take him/her to the app and voilà, you guys will be playing together. I did this yesterday with my boyfriend who was about 2 hours away at the time and it worked just fine. A little hard to figure out in the beginning, but I thought I should inform all the people who got this app and don't know how to connect to another person. Very fun and cute app, better than scribble lite :)

Hey when an app doesn't load, reset your iPod/iphone. Anyway, this is the best app for drawing!!!! Get while it's still free!!!!! Keep adding more stamps and updating.:) thanks!!

Is this supposed to b chalk talk cuz I hav chalk talk and don't want to delete it cuz i can't find it in the app store

Wow, just had a blast playing with this thing. Fun sounds, fun backgrounds--specially like the dots and boxes game. I have an iPhone and my brother has an iPod and we could play together me on 3G and him on WIFI. Really cool!!!!!!!

It's a good way to pass the time when your bored. Me and my friend use it a lot at sleepovers! And a cool thing to do is to put a single dot of one color in the center, and use the smear tool to try to cover the whole board. It also breaks down the color, which looks really cool too!

I will sue you if you dont update my dad is a lawyer! make it so that u can draw without being on the same network and send invites to other ipod users it is boring doodilimg by myself

Check out Doodle Chat. I think they copied it to make this one. And it's better because you can use it wirelessly. And right now, it's also free.

This app is fun. I really like the dot games and the tic-tac-toe! Add bluetooth and i'll change my review to 5 stars.

I guess its ok bcuz it is kinda neat u can at least use it with other ppl and alsi draw a persons nane in ur contacts and save it then put their name photo as their contact photo an if u have textfree u have their pic with their name on it! Hope i made a good suggestion. The app is cool i just wish u could talk to ppl outta ur wifi connection. Oh well. Keep creating please!

I love this app. It's so fun drawing with your friends and make all these wierd drawings. I hope you upgrade this app to enable peer-to-peer gameing. Anyway, fun app.

Waste of money. Same as the free app. Limited to sharing with people in your immediate wifi network. Cant play with my sis :(

This app is pretty well thought out. I think the interface is fun and is unique, although I would like to see this not restricted to your wifi network so that you can use the app with more than just the people in your wifi network Overall, it is a good app, but should be opened up to more than just your wifi network

Wow you guys screwed this app up with getting a good review from me. I expected this to be awesome to where you could talk to people all over the country! My friend and I both got this thinking we could connect to each other from other wifi but nope. If you make it so we can it'll be 5 stars. But for now 2 stars. From: iPod haven an app reviewer.

It downloaded but it's not appearing, darn it.

It says that you can chat with ANYONE! Not true!

I'll give it 5 stars if u can play with other people over wifi( without giving away location) or am I missing the feature?Also, if they draw something innapropriate there could be a report feature.

Been using it to send short messages. People seem to love them. Please update with more backgrounds and icons.

Please let people know that both users have to be on the SAME network.

My younger brother in San Jose is struggling with math, and I, in Santa Barbara, thought we could use this app to help go over some problems together. Obviously, this did not work, so now we just wasted $3 each on an app that we won’t be able to use. If it is possible to refund us both, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

When you connect to someone it says draw by yourself first how long??

I got the impression you would be able send these to wireless numbers over wifi. That is not the case. Not worth $2.99. Maybe $.99.
