Time is one of our most valuable assets and it's a shame to waste it looking for things that are misplaced and forgetting things because the details of your life are out of order. This week's Five Apps will help you gain control of life and get yourself organized once and for all. Completion is a task manager that's quick and simple to use. It doesn't overwhelm you with complexity which makes its easy to get your tasks organized and stay committed for the long term. The workflow is simple. You add tasks and assign them to a project like work, personal or household. Each task lets you specify a date, set a priority, add a note, and assign it to a group. You can then use the group, due date and priority information to sort each list of tasks. When you have completed a task, you can delete it forever

Crash

I can't say what I think of this app because it crashes every time I open it. The problem was suppose to be fixed with an update, but it still crashes.

I like the concept, but when I put in my first "account" and it attempts to update the account, the app crashes. Afterwards, it crashes whenever I try to open the App.
Just like BillMinder, DebtMinder is turning out to be a great app!

After the update this app loads faster and hasn't crashed yet. I really like the easy layout! Thanks!
Much better after update!

The update seems to have resolved my issues (see original review below). I love it!--I have been a long time and very happy user of BillMinder. I was ecstatic when I saw return7 had released a debt tracking app. This app shares a very similar interface to BillMinder, which is great. One of the issues though is a lack of instruction.I entered all my debts, but the total balance showed $0. It took me a while to realize that it's because I treated the start date as I due date. I had to backdate all the "start dates" to a day ago to get the amounts to show up, basically making that a useless field.Second issue is that updating is painfully slow. Sometimes each change would take over a minute to register, freezing the app until it finished.Once I FINALLY got my debts entered and linked to BillMinder I tried to generate my payment plan. It's been two days and the app still won't generate a plan. The app freezes every time I go to that screen. Very frustrating.Let me say, I realize where the developers went with developing this app. When linked with BillMinder, this app duo will be a Grade A financial tool, but not until the devs fix the numerous bugs. I can easily see this becoming a 5 star app once it works. From an aesthetic viewpoint, this is hands down the best looking debt tracker app in The App Store. Now just make it work!
Got DebtMinder because BillMinder is the best app I own, but DebtMinder can use some work!

A few things that need to be addressed and this is in comparison to BillMinder, which to me is a flawless app. DebtMinder is very slow to open even though I only have 2 Debts listed currently. BillMinder takes me to my bills instantly, there is no lag time. Also, I only have 2 debts because the 3rd one I keep entering with a $450 balance keeps showing up as $0 and therefore isn't being reflected in my total debt. I've tried several times to delete and re-enter, along with link to BillMinder with no luck. Also, I've had for about 5 days now and it has crashed on me about 5 times. Please fix this. I only spent $2 on this app because I was impressed with BillMinder...now I'm starting to think I should have went with a different debt app.
Looks great, severely buggy

I think this will be a useful tool, but I am having a problem with the app crashing when I try to enter a payment from the linked account in Bill Minder. Hope you can fix this. Have tried a hard reset on the iPhone 4 and cannot fix the problem.
would be a good app

App crashes for me on the pass code screen. so I can't comment on how good the app is until this issue is delt with in the form of you fixing the bloody app. ;\
Awesome app

Version: 1.0.0
Awesome app, just wish it had the ability to mock up payoff dated per account so I could see how long it would take to pay just one off based in the payment amount and show interest savings or how much was paid.
Finally!

A well made debt program that allows you to track payments the way the credit cards do. Makes the changing payments so much easier. Also, for those weird cards that assign different rates to different promotional purchases, this works too!

Does a great job of making things very clear and easy to keep track of the debt. I recommend it.
Great app

I've been using BillMinder for about six months and I love it. So when I saw DebtMinder I immediately picked it up. It's simple to set up a link with your BillMinder account and, once it's linked, payments noted in BillMinder are automatically accounted for in DebtMinder. There were a few things I'd love to see, though. First is the ability to change how often a bill comes due. We make our house payment every two weeks, for example, rather than monthly and I'd like to be able to reflect that in DebtMinder. Second, and most importantly I think, I would love it if, when you link a new bill from BillMinder, it automatically transfers over past payments that you have made to that account. I had to manually enter six months of back information. You can choose to link a specific payment, but you have to do them one-by-one and you still have to enter the date and amount. All in all it's a great app and I'd happily give it five stars with just these couple of tweaks.
